Synchronizer error factory implementation (#645)

* Added sync error factories for outlook and gmail.

* Implement ObjectCannotBeDeletedHandler for OutlookSynchronizer.

* Remove debug code.

* Implement del key to delete on mail list.

* Revert debug code.
