AppCenter to AppInsights migration. (#562)

* Remove AppCenter usage and libraries.

* Remove redundant pacakges and add the app insights sink.

* Diagnostic id support and manipulating telemetries.

* Handling of appdomain unhandled exceptions.

* Remove unused package identity package from mail project.

* Fixing printing.
