chore: añadir proyecto nativo Android al repositorio

Elimina /android del .gitignore y committea el resultado de
expo prebuild --platform android (Gradle, AndroidManifest, MainActivity,
recursos de icono/splash). Android Studio puede abrirlo directamente
desde la carpeta android/ sin necesidad de ejecutar prebuild.
