- Install laravel/scout with database driver
- Add Searchable trait to Feature, Issue, Task, Inspection models
- Create GlobalSearch Livewire component with Blade view
- Configure scout.php for database driver + queued syncing
- Add SCOUT_DRIVER=database to .env.example
