Javier Braña 9222eefdf9 feat: Phase 2 - Laravel Reverb + real-time notifications 
- Install laravel/reverb + laravel-echo + pusher-js
- Configure broadcasting to reverb in .env.example + .env
- Add Echo + Pusher client in resources/js/app.js
- Update all 14 notifications to implement ShouldBroadcast + broadcastOn()
- Update NotificationBell component to listen for real-time events
- Add Livewire.emit in notification-bell blade for JS-to-Livewire bridge

Tests: 101 passing (319 assertions)

Javier Braña 90630379fb chore: cleanup dead code + format with Pint 
- Remove unused FeaturesController (empty stubs, no routes)
- Remove ConvertSpatialFile CLI command (unused; service used in LayerManager)
- Remove MigrateGeojsonToFeatures CLI command (one-shot migration, not referenced)
- Remove .claude/worktrees/ (11 old agent worktrees from June)
- Apply Laravel Pint formatting across 219 files (style only, no functional changes)

Tests: 101 passing (319 assertions)
API routes: unchanged (8 routes intact)

javierandClaude Opus 4.8 8c774d075d feat(issues): notificaciones, plantillas de checklist, alertas de vencimiento y reporte desde el mapa 
- Notificaciones (DB): asignación de incidencia (IssueAssigned), asignación de tarea
  (IssueTaskAssigned), comentario (IssueCommented) y cambio de estado
  (IssueStatusChanged) a reporter+asignado excluyendo al actor.
- Plantillas de checklist: tabla issue_checklist_templates + modelo, gestor CRUD
  (IssueChecklistManager, ruta projects.issues.checklists) y "Aplicar plantilla" en
  el detalle (alta masiva de tareas).
- Alertas de vencimiento: columna overdue_notified_at + scope overdue, comando
  issues:notify-overdue (programado a diario) que avisa al asignado una sola vez;
  badge "vencidas" en la tabla y resaltado por tarea en el detalle.
- Reporte desde el mapa: botón "Incidencia" en el panel del feature seleccionado →
  formulario con feature pre-vinculado (IssueForm lee ?feature=).

Tests: IssuesEnhancementsTest (7). Suite 57 passing (solo 2 pre-existentes sqlite).
