Optimized Dockerfile * Updated Dockerfile to utilize a multi-stage build. This will make the built image lighter, by about 300mb. Also safer, as 8.3-fpm has 55 known vulnerabilities, while 8.3-fpm-alpine has 0. * Removed runtime dependencies from the build stage. * remove unneeded php extensions from stage 1 build step
